At the end of last year, we increased our team by approximately 25%, growing from 15 to nearly 20 employees. This expansion strengthens the foundation we need to drive innovation and deliver continuous enhancements to our EPOS suite for SAP Basis automation. Our goal is to push these advancements forward and position EPOS even more effectively with SAP customers.

A significant part of this growth is within our technical and development teams – the core of everything we do. This allows us to work even more closely with our customers, not only on new developments but also in providing top-notch support. Our developers have always gone beyond the traditional scope of development; they’re directly involved in customer support, fostering constructive and collaborative conversations with SAP Basis teams.

Additionally, we’ve expanded our marketing team by welcoming a PR specialist and strengthened our administrative functions to support our continued growth.

Strategically, this investment aligns with our mission to continually develop and refine our SAP Basis automation suite, EPOS. Our long-term vision is clear: establish EPOS as the “Central Point of Management” for IT users - not just for SAP Basis professionals, but also for non-SAP environments.
